"The brief was to project manage the preparation for inspection. This involved conducting a review of action plans, making recommendations for improvement and identifying areas for prioritisation. There was also the responsibility for carrying out reality checks and liaising with the wider Group to ensure compliance with group requirements. It also involved working with managers to develop improvement plans, following KLOE gap analysis and mock inspections and monitoring progress during their implementation.
