Alison is a seasoned HR generalist with over 35 years experience in the profession and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.Her varied career includes undertaking senior HR roles in major organisations such as Independent Television, SITEL Ltd (American outsourced call centre) and, latterly, Plumbase Ltd., a national Plumbers Merchants. Works collaboratively with the Recruitment & L & D Manager and HR Systems & Projects Manager in devising and implementing initiatives to drive forward the strategic objectives of AmicusHorizon cascading this down through the HR team. Leads the HR team in delivering front line policy advice ensuring consistency in application. Advises on grievance and disciplinary investigations personally handling those of a complex nature. Provides strategies for dealing with organisational change relating to people management issues and offers a comprehensive consultancy service. Is a member of the Senior Management Team of AmicusHorizon.
