From having worked previously in the travel industry, Adelle joined an outsourced HR contract as an HR Consultant in a generalist capacity, worked mainly with Social Services and Regeneration Departments and latterly provided support to the 87 schools in the borough. The main projects undertaken were linked to Government initiatives – Raising Standards/Tackling Workloads and Review of Support Staff.After a brief interim role within a local PCT to design and implement systems for managing the Agenda for Change and supporting in a large change programme of the merger of 4 PCTs, Adelle then joined a leading employment law advisory service within the corporate/blue chip sector. Beginning as an Employment Law Advisor she was promoted to a Lead Employment Law Advisor supporting clients (from supervisors, managers, CEO’s and board members) across a wide range of industries (Local Government, Social Care, Security – airports/prisons and courts, Haulage/driving, Retail, Hospitality, FE, Travel and Tourism, Charity Organisations etc) giving both strategic and operational employee relations support and advice.Adelle is C.I.P.D qualified, her strengths are advising on the application and interpretation of employment law and providing commercially focused employee relations solutions to clients to meet their needs.
