Vicky is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds an MSc in Human Resource Management. Vicky joined the Insight team in June 2008 and brings over 11 years of HR experience, gained in both the NHS and Higher Education sectors.Before joining Insight, Vicky led on the implementation of the National Framework Agreement at a London university. This was a major change project, which involved the re-design of the pay and reward structures, job evaluation of all roles within the organisation, and changes to a significant number of terms and conditions for all staff. Vicky is experienced in policy review and development, and has a good knowledge of the equality agenda, as well as experience of providing sound HR advice on a whole range of people management issues, within a unionised environment.
