A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Fiona has an MA in Human Resources Management and over seventeen years’ experience of working in the not-for-profit and charity sectors. Before joining the Insight Consultancy Team in April 2008, she was Director of Human Resources with a Charity in Kent for over five years. Fiona also has substantial experience of working within the requirements of the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) and over seven years experience of working with a Housing Association. Throughout her career, Fiona has successfully led on HR strategy, change management, Investors in People and employee involvement programmes. She has a proven record of generalist experience across the full HR spectrum including discipline and grievance, recruitment and selection, pay and reward, job evaluation, employee relations and policy development. An experienced Learning and Development practitioner, she has created and delivered L&D solutions to support organisational development and to meet statutory requirements in the Healthcare environment.Fiona’s specialisms include developing equality and diversity strategies, improving employee relations and communications and the interpretation and application of employment law.
