Vikki is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) with 12 years HR experience in the public sector. She has a degree in Public Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and is also qualified to Level A and B in Occupational Testing.Her roles to date have included Senior HR Officer at the Audit Commission and Business Services Manager: HR in Estyn (HM Inspectorate for Education and Training in Wales). She brings with her a wealth of experience in Recruitment and Selection and Learning and Development, including executive recruitment, graduate recruitment and development, assessment and development centres, management development, and skills training. As an HR generalist she also brings with her experience of performance management, absence management, developing HR strategy, policy development, employment legislation and business improvement tools such as Investors in People.
