Sarah is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. With over ten years’ experience within HR she is a highly innovative, dynamic and credible HR professional, with an impressive track record of tenaciously driving high profile and complex change projects, resulting in tangible business benefits.
Sarah is able to draw on her in-depth knowledge of leading-edge HR to challenge the status quo and deliver results aligned to business strategy. She has experience in both the public and private sectors. Her larger projects in the public sector have included implementing HR Information Systems, leading Agenda for Change (the NHS review of terms and conditions), developing staff surveys and developing diversity strategy. Her larger projects in the private sector have included developing recruitment strategy and accompanying tools, designing an award winning graduate recruitment website, redesigning graduate training schemes, developing performance management systems and developing a national reward strategy.
The aforementioned experience builds upon a strong background in operational HR wherein Sarah has much experience of ensuring HR policies and procedures are reflective of best practice and employment legislation, whilst dovetailing with and developing organisational culture. She is an experienced Change and OD specialist and is an exceptional Project Manager, holding the PRINCE2 ‘Advanced Practitioner’ qualification.
