Cathryn Foreman is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a Member of the Chartered Management Institute and is qualified to Level A & B in Occupational Testing (BPS). She joined Insight as a Consultant in October 2003.
She initially developed her HR career within the private sector as an all round generalist and has been involved with mergers & acquisitions and associated due diligence and TUPE implications, policy development, graduate recruitment & training, employee relations and communication, and general interpretation and application of all aspects of employment law.
More recently with Insight she has developed a strong knowledge and expertise in strategic reward, including the design of pay structures, benefits review, associated job evaluation and equal pay audits. She manages a number of our Synergy clients, providing ongoing advice and support across the whole spectrum of HR issues to enable clients to operate within the spirit of the law and also to seek to follow best practice approaches.
