A member of CIPD, Judith currently manages the outsourced HR function on behalf
of a key client, based in Wales, delivering solutions across the whole spectrum
of HR. With 9 years HR experience at a senior level, predominantly in the private
sector, Judith has successfully undertaken the roles of a Regional H R Business
Partner, Resourcing Manager and H R Manager in the banking sector, covering strategic
and operational activities for a regional client base of approx. 4,000 employees.
Judith’s specialises in Strategic Solutions (diagnostic approach), Resource Management,
Recruitment and Selection (qualified to level A&B in Occupational testing)
– high volume and executive appointments and Organisational Change (including
downsizing, mergers and redundancies).
