Denise is an experienced and enthusiastic HR Professional with proven business and sales management skills following a varied career within Halifax plc. She is qualified to level A & B in Occupational Testing (BPS), and also in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Her background within Halifax includes Branch and Area Management and Business Development, which gives Denise a strong business and commercial focus, in addition to Recruitment & Assessment Centres, Training and Development (including Customer Service training programmes), Manpower Planning and Talent Management, and leading on major Change Management projects.In her capacity as Director of Consultancy Services, Denise is responsible for the overall management of both the consultancy team and professional support team. She is experienced in working with Executive teams and Boards in an advisory and development capacity, and currently acts as a mentor for a number of Executives within the Social Housing sector. With ‘an eye for detail' and the recognition that it is essential to tailor services to the needs of individual organisations, Denise is able to deliver as a ‘business partner’ on a sustained basis.Through her work with Insight since December 2002, Denise has further developed her skills in Organisational Development and Change Management through leading on large scale projects including restructures and stock transfers.
