Responsibility and Accountability
 
Quality is the responsibility and duty of every insight employee, and each employee is held accountable for the quality of the work they produce. Individuals are actively encouraged to make suggestions towards the continued quality improvement process through our staff suggestion scheme, and through our Reward and Recognition program. 
 
The Chief Executive has ultimate responsibility for quality and quality assurance. 
 
All complaints will be investigated by the Senior Management Team, and corrective action taken where appropriate. It is insight’s policy to respond to each and every complaint received. 
 
This policy is to be included in the induction process which all staff are required to undertake on joining the company.
 
Additionally, quality issues are subject to individual training and development plans which are identified and monitored through the appraisal process. All staff are required to undertake the minimum of annual appraisals, and in some cases more frequently.
