Nickola previously worked for a Not for Profit Charity. Facing daily challenges in providing advice and support to managers at over 40 different Offices. Throughout her years in this setting, Nickola gained a wealth of knowledge surrounding TUPE, Employment Tribunals, Health and Safety and Immigration.
As an Associate Member of the CIPD, Nickola has a wide range of HR generalist experience in other areas including Absence, Disciplinaries, Employee Development and Employee Engagement. Nickola will be taking a robust approach to supporting organisational absence management initiatives, as well as supporting managers on a range of generalist issues.
