Elaine is a versatile HR professional with 18 years' generalist experience gained in the public, not for profit and private sectors. Her roles, to date, include Head of HR within an education trust, learning and development roles in a large conservation charity and in the fleet motor management sector and HR management within the NHS.
Specific areas of interest are organisation development, change management and learning and development programmes. Elaine also has comprehensive experience of designing and developing HR strategy, policy and procedure, performance management, communication and employee relations.
