As Director of Consultancy Services, Denise is responsible for the overall leadership of both the Consultancy and Executive Search teams. Experienced in working with Executive teams and Boards in an advisory, coaching and development capacity, Denise is currently acting as a mentor and coach for a number of Executives across a range of sectors. Through her work with Insight since December 2002, Denise has further developed her skills in Organisation Development and Change Management through leading on large scale projects including OD and Leadership Development programmes, and large scale restructures.
Denise's background within Halifax includes Branch and Area Management and Business Development, which gives her a strong business and commercial focus.
