Vikki joined Insight in December 2007 as a consultant and quickly became a valued, and lively, member of the team. As a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), she has a wealth of experience in HR, as well as a passion for delivering excellence in all that she does.
Vikki is a well rounded generalist demonstrating over 15 years’ experience and expertise across the range of HR services, but has particular interests in Recruitment and Selection (she is qualified to Levels A and B in occupational testing) and Learning and Development.
A qualified coach, Vikki spends a large proportion of her time supporting and challenging managers to push themselves to develop their true leadership potential and has a strong track record of success.
Since joining Insight Vikki has built up excellent working relationships, and managed some key client projects. In particular, she has played an integral role in some of our most successful learning initiatives, using her boundless energy and creative thinking to find new ways to make learning fun and help our customers get the most out of out programmes.
She embraces everything she does with positivity and enthusiasm, and was even willing enough to put her face on camera to help share with prospective employees what it is really like to work as a consultant at Insight!
