Vicky works in an outsourced HR contract as the Head of Organisational Development. She manages all learning and development activity, organisational development projects and initiatives, and recruitment for the client. The client has embraced a fast-track culture change programme to become brilliant in all they do. So this is a busy role for Vicky and her team!
Previously, Vicky worked as a generalist Consultant in our core Consultancy team before moving to her current role. She’s experienced in a wide range of HR areas, including pay and reward, policy review and development, employee engagement and learning and organisational development.
Vicky is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has an MSc in Human Resource Management. She has over 15 years of HR experience, gained in the NHS, Higher Education and Housing sectors.
