After graduating from the University of Kent, Tony continued his studies becoming a Chartered Member of the CIPD. Tony has a wide range of HR knowledge from various sectors and companies both private, public and not for profit gained over the last 10 years. He understands that in reality the challenge for all HR professionals remain the same no matter what sector - to recruit and retain the best. Joining in early 2011 he oversees a team of HR Co-ordinators providing excellent administrative support.
