Stephen has worked for Insight as a Consultant since April 2010, and has been involved with a wide range of projects: pay benchmarking; executive recruitment; coaching; designing and delivering training sessions; managing structural and cultural change programmes; developing and reporting on employee engagement surveys. In addition, Stephen has held an Interim post as Assistant Director Human Resources for a longer-term client, where he was tasked with managing a number of TUPE transfers whilst also transforming the HR department. Being able to deliver all of this successfully has relied on Stephen's varied HR experience to date; his ability to work with organisational leaders to make sense of complex situations and develop and deliver bespoke solutions; his understanding of business psychology and ability to translate theory into practice in addition to sound project management skills.
