With over 18 years’ experience within HR Sarah has demonstrated a consistent standard of excellence at both an operational and strategic level across the entire spectrum of HR and Organisational Development working in organisations as diverse as Sainsburys and the NHS.
She is noted by all she works with as highly innovative, dynamic and credible, with an impressive track record of tenaciously driving high profile and complex change projects, resulting in tangible business benefits.
Sarah is extremely knowledgeable with regard to employment legislation, employee relations, recruitment and retention. Her particular interests are strategic reward, pay and benefits, job evaluation and equal pay. She is also an expert in training and development, organisational design, and is a fully qualified, and very experienced, coach and mentor (ILM and EMCC).
Sarah is able to utilise her strong commercial and financial appreciation, along with her strategic understanding, to shape HR interventions that really deliver on business needs.
