Rachel joined Insight in June 2011 as a Client Service Assistant, prior to this Rachel was a Client Service Manager for a Logistics and Distribution company and was responsible for the Client Service Team and managing the client relationships.
Rachel works as part of the busy Client Service Team acting as a liaison between Insight’s Clients and Consultants, handling all types of queries from online assessment set up and reporting, co-ordinating the despatch and return of assessment material, setting up assessment centres, completing interview documentation, and any other general administrative duties.
Rachel’s organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, has certainly helped her in the busy and demanding, but exciting role!
