Amanda joined Insight in June 2008 having spent 4 years working within a manufacturing environment. She has worked in HR for over 14 years both in private and charitable sectors, is fully CIPD qualified and an experienced generalist. Amanda deals with all employee relations issues including change management, disciplinaires, grievances, capability, recruitment, absence management and updating and implementing policies and procedures.
