Executive level assessment and development programmes are tailored to meet specific client needs using the full range of psychometric tools and analysis. This is undertaken on a confidential one-to-one basis. Group assessments can be carried out where interactive exercises are required or where there is a volume assessment requirement. These can be held at clients’ premises or at our specially equipped assessment centre set in the beautiful surroundings of Leonardslee House.
